Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is a high-energy fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout to music. It is a social and fun class for players of all ability levels and is led by a certified cardio tennis trainer. If you’ve never played tennis before, it’s a great way to be introduced to the sport and if you’re an experienced high-level tennis player, it’s a great way to train for tennis.

Set to music, Cardio Tennis sessions are one full hour of fun that starts off with a dynamic warm up, followed by some drills and fast point based competitive games, to ensure a great cardio workout! Your heart rate is monitored throughout the hour and finished off with a proper cool down and plenty of high fives! A Definite must try for a seriously fun workout!

We also offer cardio tennis classes for private groups and events. We can reserve private courts at any of our facilities exclusively for your group's cardio tennis session. We will ensure regular court time slots or book them when convenient for everyone. For private events, we provide top trainers and tennis professionals to deliver a fun, exciting and exhilirating workout with a little competition and play for everyone involved no matter what level!
